Behind the 3-hand analog movement sits a high-contrast LCD display delivering digital time, temperature, and altitude at a glance. When the situation calls for something cleaner, activate City Mode to suppress the digital functions and let the analog face do the talking.
Adventure Mode
The Ripley's Adventure Mode brings together three essential field tools in a single wrist instrument. The altimeter tracks elevation changes on the go, the temperature sensor reads ambient conditions, and a built-in timer keeps you honest on intervals and efforts. For travelers and those keeping two time zones in mind, dual time and dual chronograph round out a feature set that goes well beyond basic timekeeping.
Movement and Display
At the core is a Miyota Japanese 3-hand ana-digi movement, a caliber respected for its reliability in demanding conditions. Custom molded hands and a dial ring with indices frame the display, while the high-contrast LCD panel pairs with a backlight so readings stay legible in low light. Four custom molded pushers and a crown give you direct access to every function without digging through menus.
Case and Band Construction
The 47mm case is lightweight polycarbonate, molded for durability without adding unnecessary bulk. A protective stainless steel top plate guards the face, and the case achieves 100 meter / 10 ATM water resistance, making it a capable companion in and around the water. The 23mm band is custom molded TPU, equipped with Nixon's patented locking looper system and a stainless steel buckle that holds its position through any activity.
