Book a private lesson (1.5 hours, $99), a discounted group lesson ($85 down to $35 per person by group size), or a paid Saturday clinic ($35), taught by experienced local instructors who have lived the sport. We teach on calm flatwater and in the surf, so you can learn to cruise the Intracoastal or catch your first waves.
What You Learn in a Paddleboard Lesson
Stand-up paddleboarding, or SUP, is a Hawaiian sport that builds balance and core strength, and it is one of the easiest ways to get out on the water. Every lesson is tailored to you and runs in two parts. You start on land, where your instructor covers ocean safety, paddling technique, and how to stand up and control the board. When you are ready, you head out on the water and start paddling. Already experienced? We can skip the ground school and go straight out to refine your stroke and work on catching waves.

One-on-one coaching is the fastest way to learn. With a professional instructor focused entirely on you, you build a solid grasp of board handling, standing up, paddling, and control in a single session.
