Microfibre Lycra Extra Life Construction
Rip Curl’s Microfibre Lycra® Extra Life™ is a recycled performance fabric engineered for durability in saltwater and sunscreen environments. The microfibre weave is fine enough to feel smooth against skin, while the Elastane content keeps the suit conforming through paddle-outs, pop-ups, and cutbacks. The recycled composition reduces the environmental footprint of the material without compromising performance.
The composition is 86% Polyamide and 14% Elastane. That Elastane ratio keeps the suit supportive rather than restrictive through a full range of surf motion.
