An NSP Inflatable SUP Built for Cruising and Touring

The NSP O2 Cruiser FS takes the shape of NSP's most popular allround boards and puts it into an inflatable package sized at 10'0" x 32" x 6", with 288 liters of volume. It is built for cruising, touring, and exploring rather than racing, so it favors stability and forgiveness over outright speed.

Construction and Materials

The board uses fusion reinforced double layer glueless pre-lamination along with double-layer rail construction and a double sealing rail band, which together give the deck and rails added rigidity and resistance to wear. A 6 inch drop stitch core adds buoyancy and stiffness to the platform, and a rounded square tail is shaped in to help hold the board steady as you shift your weight.

Double Air Chamber for Backup Flotation

What sets this model apart from a single-chamber inflatable is its double air chamber layout. The reinforced sidewalls create a second, independent chamber of air that keeps you afloat even if the outer chamber were ever punctured, which matters when you are paddling well offshore or out on open water where getting back to shore under your own power is the only option.

Who This Board Suits

This is a good fit for a paddler who wants one board that can do it all: flat-water cruising along the Intracoastal, longer touring paddles, and casual sessions in small, mellow surf. Because it packs down, it also suits anyone without space to store or transport a hard board, or who wants to keep a board in the truck or garage without worrying about dings from being knocked around.

Care and Setup

Inflatable SUPs of this type are inflated with a pump before each session and deflated for storage or transport, which is part of why NSP designed this construction to handle being left in the sun all day, ridden in the back of a pick-up truck, or loaned out to a friend without fear of damage. Rinse the board with fresh water after use in saltwater, let it dry fully before rolling it for storage, and keep the valve cap on when not in use to keep sand and grit out of the air chamber.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the NSP O2 Cruiser FS good for touring?
Yes. NSP designed the O2 Cruiser FS shape for cruising, touring, and exploring rather than racing, and its 10'0" x 32" x 6" dimensions and 288 liters of volume are built around stability for longer paddles.
What makes an NSP inflatable SUP different from a race board?
The O2 Cruiser FS uses a rounded square tail for stability instead of a race-style pointed tail, so it is aimed at all-around cruising rather than speed.
Is the NSP O2 Cruiser FS an isup?
Yes, it is an inflatable stand up paddle board built with a 6 inch drop stitch core for buoyancy and rigidity.
How is the NSP O2 Cruiser FS reinforced against punctures?
It uses a double air chamber with reinforced sidewalls, so the board keeps extra flotation from the second chamber if the outer chamber is ever punctured, along with fusion reinforced double layer glueless pre-lamination and double-layer rail construction with a double sealing rail band.
Can I leave my NSP inflatable SUP in the sun or transport it in a truck bed?
NSP built this construction specifically to be left in the sun all day, ridden in the back of a pick-up truck, or loaned to a friend without fear of damage, while still performing well on the water.
