Maximum Area, Maximum Drive

The FCS II Power Twin+1 is the highest area twin fin set in the entire FCS range. That extra surface area translates directly into more hold through turns and greater down-the-line drive, letting you push harder than any other twin configuration in the lineup. Pair it with the included stabiliser and you get a setup that locks in on rail without sacrificing the looseness twin fins are known for.

Performance Glass Construction

Built in Performance Glass (PG), these fins use a woven fiberglass layup that delivers a balance of flex, response, and durability. PG is stiffer than FCS's entry-level materials but retains enough flex to absorb chop and snap through critical sections. The clear finish reveals the fiber weave and keeps the focus where it belongs: on the foil.

Geometry Built for Hard Turns

Every dimension of the Power Twin+1 template is intentional. A moderate sweep (rake) keeps the fins responsive through arcing carves without pulling the board into a locked arc. A full tip and longer base work together to generate the drive needed to project through turns at speed. Lower depth keeps the tail loose off the top, so you get drive on the bottom turn and release when you need it up top.

Designed with Harley Ingleby

FCS developed this template in direct collaboration with Harley Ingleby, one of the world's leading longboard and alternative-craft surfers, specifically for use on his asymmetric twin model. The result is a fin that performs on dedicated twin designs but also works across fish, funboard, and standard twin-fin boards. Whatever hull you're riding, the Power Twin+1 is engineered to extract more speed and power from it.

FCS II Tool-Free System

The Power Twin+1 is built for the FCS II fin system, which means no tools and no loose screws. Tabs click in and out in seconds, letting you swap setups on the beach between sessions. The twin fins and stabiliser all use the same FCS II base, so they seat securely and transfer drive to the board without flex or rattle at the box.

What's in the Box

The set includes two Power Twin side fins and one stabiliser, giving you a complete twin+1 configuration ready to install.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the FCS II Power Twin+1 fin setup?
It is a three-fin set consisting of two high-area twin side fins and one smaller stabiliser fin. The combination gives you the speed and looseness of a twin-fin setup with added drive and directional hold from the centre stabiliser.
What boards is the Power Twin+1 compatible with?
The Power Twin+1 fits any board with FCS II fin boxes. FCS recommends it for fish, funboard, and dedicated twin-fin boards, though it is suitable for all board types that use the FCS II system.
What does Performance Glass (PG) mean for fin flex and feel?
Performance Glass uses a woven fiberglass construction that is stiffer than basic plastic or composite materials but retains controlled flex through turns. The result is a fin that responds predictably under load and rebounds quickly, making it well-suited to surfers who push hard through critical sections.
How does the Power Twin+1 compare to other FCS twin fin templates?
The Power Twin+1 carries the highest area of any twin set in the FCS range. More area means more hold and drive, especially through hard carves, at the trade-off of slightly more resistance. Surfers who want the loosest possible feel can opt for a smaller template; surfers who want to push hardest through turns choose the Power Twin+1.
Is a tool needed to install FCS II fins?
No. The FCS II system is tool-free. The fins click into the boxes using integrated tabs and can be removed by hand. No screws or keys are required, which makes swapping setups fast on the beach.
Who is the Power Twin+1 designed for?
It was developed in collaboration with Harley Ingleby for his asymmetric twin model, but the template suits any surfer who rides fish, funboard, or twin-fin shapes and wants to push the fins hard through turns without losing looseness off the top.
Where can I buy the FCS II Power Twin+1 PG fins?
The Power Twin+1 PG fins are available in store and online at Island Water Sports. Our South Florida team can help you match fins to your board and surf style.
