A Redesigned Comp Leash from Channel Islands
The Channel Islands Round Comp Leash is part of CI's 2024 redesign of its entire leash line, rebuilt from ankle cuff to rail saver to give surfers maximum security and supreme comfort during a session.
Construction Details
This leash uses a new proprietary cord and leash-end urethane formula built to balance strength and memory, along with new ultrastrong, hydrophobic materials on the ankle cuff and rail saver for lightweight durability. A new textured, no-slip low profile ankle cuff offers comfort with minimal movement, and customized hook and loop material keeps the leash secured to the ankle so it does not blow off. Marine grade 316 stainless steel swivels complete the design.

Care and Maintenance
Rinse the leash with fresh water after every saltwater session to keep the hook and loop closure gripping properly and to prevent salt buildup on the marine grade swivels. Storing the leash uncoiled or loosely coiled helps the urethane cord maintain its memory over time.
