Who It's For

This is a guarded, walkable beach on Singer Island built for families, swimmers, and kids after an easy day on the sand. It draws a moderate crowd year-round, with a sunset view that keeps people around into the evening.

Parking & Access

Parking runs through the Ocean Walk license plate recognition program, at the retail complex once known as Ocean Mall. Lots on the retail side are free for the first two hours, then tiered fees apply, climbing to 30 dollars for a full day of 8 or more hours. Premium spaces right on Ocean Ave are paid from the first hour. It's all surface parking, not a garage, so expect to walk a bit from your spot.

Rules & Safety

Lifeguards are on duty daily; watch the posted flags before wading in, since rip currents are the main hazard along this stretch. Dogs are not permitted on this beach, so plan accordingly if traveling with a pet.

What's There

Restrooms, showers, and a playground are available on site, all within an easy walk of the sand. A little snorkeling is possible here too, depending on visibility.

Before You Go

Island Water Sports' Delray Beach store is 22.2 miles south, more of a stock-up stop before or after your trip north than a quick errand. It carries beach chairs, sun protection, and paddleboard and kayak gear if you want to outfit a day on Singer Island properly.
