FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for the camp?
Registration for our camp must be completed online, as we no longer accept walk-up registrations. Please register in advance to secure a spot since our camp weeks often sell out quickly.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Drop-off is between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, and pick-up is from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Parents must park and personally check-in and check-out their campers at the designated area. Remember to bring your driver’s license for pick-up.
Can someone else pick up my child?
Yes, but they must be listed on your registration form or you must provide a written notice to our camp manager authorizing them to pick up your camper.
What swimming skills are required for camp attendees?
Campers are required to be strong swimmers if they wish to participate in surf-related activities. We do not use water wings or personal flotation devices at camp.
What are the parking rules during pick-up and drop-off?
Please be aware that metered parking is enforced by the city during pick-up and drop-off times. Tickets have been issued to parents who do not pay the meter fees.
What are the safety measures in case of bad weather?
If weather conditions become unsafe, activities will be relocated to the Pavilion for shelter.
