Two IWS Team Riders Qualify for the Rip Curl Grom Search Finals in Waco

Two Island Water Sports team rider's are heading to the finals in Waco Texas this month as part of the Rip Curl Grom Search. On each of the four stops, grom competed in hopes to be one of the top four finalists at each stop, in their respective age groups, to earn themselves a spot for the RCGS National Final at the BSR Surf Resort.

During stop 4, Sterling Makish placed 2nd in 14 and Under and Reef Coote placed 2nd in 12 and under with Sterling taking home the ...Lost High Wave score at the last stop in the outer banks.

In total 16 groms will compete in each age division at the BSR Surf Resort this month.
