Who It's For

This is a family park more than a wide-open beach scene: two playgrounds split by age group, two sand volleyball courts, and low crowds year-round. Snorkeling here is modest, fine for a casual look rather than a dedicated dive trip. Sunset is a draw too.

Parking & Access

The park sits at 2188 Marcinski Rd in Jupiter, FL 33477, along A1A. Parking is free, and an ADA beach mat runs down to the sand for easier access.

Rules & Safety

Ocean Cay is a guarded beach; the Town of Jupiter counts it among its lifeguarded stretches, so watch the flags before you get in. Rocks near shore and currents are the main hazards. Dogs are not permitted inside the park itself, though Jupiter runs a separate dog beach starting at marker 26 on Marcinski Road just north, running up to marker 57.

What's There

On site you will find restrooms, outdoor showers, picnic shelters and group pavilions, two playgrounds for different age groups, two sand volleyball courts, and an ADA beach mat. It is a low-key, well-equipped park rather than a boardwalk destination.

Before You Go

Island Water Sports - Delray Beach is 30 miles south, a fair drive but a solid stop for snorkel gear and rentals if you are making a day of the Jupiter beaches.
