What it is made of

• Freemax neoprene through the body and legs paired with Hyperstretch 3.0 on the arms and front row leg for a flexible, mobile fit
• Durable flatlock seams, stitched close together so they stay soft and flexible instead of rubbing
• A back zip entry system with a YKK number 10 plastic zipper for easy on and off
• Hydrowrap, a fully adjustable neck closure designed for a watertight seal
• Supratex knee pads that are durable, lightweight and flexible for kneeling on a board
• A fabric blend of 92% nylon/polyamide and 8% elastane

Who this fullsuit is for

This suit is designed for kids and juniors who are learning to surf or already riding waves along the South Florida coast, where water temperatures shift with the seasons. Roxy rates this suit for suggested water temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees Celsius, or 52 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit, which covers the cooler stretches of the season when a rash guard alone is not enough. As with any wetsuit guide, actual comfort will depend on how sensitive a child is to cold and the conditions on the day.

Getting it on, wearing it, and caring for it

The back zip entry makes it simple for kids to get in and out on their own, and the Hydrowrap neck closure should be snugged down each time to keep water from flushing in at the collar. After a session, rinse the suit in fresh water and let it dry fully before storing it folded or hung, out of direct sun, so the neoprene and seams hold up for the next swell.
