Created in collaboration with Harrison Roach, this pad covers four traction styles from his varied quiver. The narrow tail geometry suits everything from a swallow-tail Flyer to a Twin Pin Tail, making it one of the most versatile Creatures of Leisure traction pads for log and mid-length riders stepping into performance alternative shapes.

CORD-LOC Traction Pattern
The proprietary CORD-LOC traction pattern delivers a firm, consistent grip across the full pad surface. The raised grid geometry locks your back foot in place through turns and provides reliable traction in both dry conditions and when the board is wet. Because the pattern is consistent across all three pieces, your foot feels a unified surface rather than distinct zones.
30mm Alpine Kick and 7mm Teardrop Arch Bar
The 30mm Alpine Kick gives your back foot a solid reference point and the leverage needed to drive turns on narrow-tailed boards. It is tall enough to engage effectively during hard carves without catching awkwardly during paddling. The 7mm Teardrop Arch Bar sits between the two main panels and positions the arch of your foot with a subtle, locating contour. Together these two features orient your foot consistently on every session.
EcoPure Organic Additive
The foam compound incorporates an EcoPure Organic Additive, a biodegradability-accelerating agent that allows the EVA foam to break down faster at end of life in landfill conditions, compared to standard EVA without the additive. Creatures of Leisure has also eliminated plastic from the packaging entirely, making this one of the more responsibly produced surf traction pads on the market.
Installation
Each piece bonds to the board with a pre-applied 3M adhesive backing. Clean the tail section of your board thoroughly with a solvent wipe before application, allow the surface to dry completely, then position each of the three pieces from the tail forward before pressing firmly. The 3M adhesive creates a long-lasting bond that holds through extended use. No additional glue or tape is needed.
