Grip Tape
Skateboard grip tape for grippy, locked in footing is what this collection delivers, stocked by a South Florida shop that has supplied local skaters since 1978. We carry Mob Grip as the core, including standard and wide sheets, clear grip, the Wyld Tiger print and the Thrasher Flame, plus Powell Peralta grip and Shake Junt sprayed grip. These are the trusted, bubble free sheets that keep your feet planted through tricks and bails.
Mob is known for grit that stays sticky and does not wear smooth, while Shake Junt and Powell Peralta add graphics if you want your board to stand out from the grip up.
What size grip tape do I need for my skateboard?
A standard sheet covers most decks up to about 9 inches wide. For wider cruisers and old school shapes, reach for Mob Grip Wide, which gives you the extra coverage to wrap a bigger deck with no bare edges.
How do I apply grip tape without bubbles?
Peel and lay the sheet, then press from the center outward to push air to the edges before you file and trim. Mob's perforated backing makes it easy to set down evenly, and any tiny bubble can be popped with a pin and smoothed flat.
