The Catania uses melanin-infused polycarbonate lenses that block 98% of harmful HEV light and 100% of UV rays, while delivering eye relaxation and accurate color perception. The lenses also carry premium scratch resistance and impact protection with a 4 base curvature for a close, comfortable fit.

Craftsmanship
The frame is hand polished M49 bio-acetate produced by Mazzucchelli, built with an optical grade 5 barrel stainless steel hinge and Teflon coated hinge screws for durability. Custom heat tempered wire temple inserts add fit and strength. Every pair is made in Italy and backed by a lifetime warranty, and includes a custom hard case and a Repreve microfiber cleaning cloth made from recycled plastics.
